Jeffrey Gaylord Carter

 American born,  Jeffrey has worked at his art since 1971.  

He attended  Boston University, School of Fine Arts and Massachusetts College of Art and Design, in Boston Massachusetts, with a Major in Studio Painting.

His work has been exhibited  and represented in collections in the US, Canada, Europe and Russia.

 Jeffrey has taught , and Chaired Art Departments in both Boston,MA and Pittsburgh, PA.

 He is currently living and painting  in Olhão, Portugal.
